When you sign an unconditional build contract with us between September 1st and 31st December 2020 and pay the deposit, we’ll throw in a trip valued at $5,000. Like our homes, the trip can be customised – you choose where to go, where to stay, and who to take with you. It’ll be the perfect way to celebrate your brand new home.
To be eligible for the $5k holiday, customers must sign an unconditional contract (and have paid the deposit) before 31st December 2020. Limited to one $5k holiday per customer. Minimum contract value of $450,000. Those eligible for the holiday will receive a travel voucher to the value of $5,000 (incl gst) from a travel agent. Clients must agree to participate in any publicity if required, as a result of the $5k holiday campaign. Issuing of vouchers to the agreed value for the contracted party is deemed the completion of Sentinel Homes' legal obligations in regards to this promotion.
