28 Units - Standalone, Duplexes & Terraced

Complex site with uneven typography across the whole development. This contract was to deliver 28 units across 4 different consents. A varied mixture of design, cladding and specification for the 2-4 bedroom units made this a challenging project however all 28 were delivered as per contract.

This project was part of the NZ Governments Kainga Ora Homes & Communities programme. Built under the NZ3910 contract with strict timeline & budget criteria which has been met successfully.

Te Atatu Road

7 Units - Two Storey Standalone & Terraced

Developers purchased this property with the intention of subdividing and asked Sentinel to help optimise the section for maximum return. The existing buildings were removed, and 7 new townhouses are being built on the 800m² lot. 6 of the 7 townhouses were sold off the plans within a few weeks of coming on to the market.
