Terms and Conditions – Free Curtains & Blinds Promotion

Promotion Period: 1 May 2025 – 31 July 2025

1. Eligibility
   • This offer is exclusively available to new clients who sign a new home build contract with Sentinel Homes Whangārei between 1 May 2025 and 31 July 2025 (inclusive).
   • Only valid for builds within the Whangārei and surrounding areas as defined by Sentinel Homes Whangārei. Please contact our team to confirm address eligibility.
2. Offer Details
   • Eligible clients will receive free curtains and blinds up to the value of NZD $5,000 (including GST).
   • The furnishings will be chosen from the standard range offered by Sentinel Homes Whangārei’s approved suppliers.
   • Any upgrades or custom selections beyond the $5,000 value will be charged to the client.
3. Conditions of Offer
   • Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other discount.
   • Limited to one home per contract.
   • In the event of a contract cancellation or significant delay due to client actions, the promotional offer will be forfeited.
   • This offer does not apply to house and land packages already under contract or promotional pricing offers unless agreed in writing.
4. Installation Timing
   • Curtains and blinds will be installed following completion of the home and in alignment with handover.
   • Installation is subject to supplier lead times and availability. Sentinel Homes Whangārei is not liable for delays beyond its control.
5. General
   • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions unless approved in writing by Sentinel Homes Whangārei.
   • Sentinel Homes Whangārei reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
