The existing buildings were removed, and 7 new townhouses are being built on the 800m² lot. 6 of the 7 townhouses were sold off the plans within a few weeks of coming on to the market.

A Malaysian based Project Manager chose Sentinel Homes to run this infill development from end to end after months of investigation – all done remotely from Kuala Lumpur. Our detailed delivery model, design service, specification and thoroughness of pricing saw Sentinel Homes being awarded this contract. Having the Sentinel Mobile App has been a huge benefit for all parties whilst delivering this project to an off shore owner. This is a Master Builders Contract.

Complex site with uneven typography across the whole development. This contract was to deliver 28 units across 4 different consents. A varied mixture of design, cladding and specification for the 2-4 bedroom units made this a challenging project however all 28 were delivered as per contract.

This project was part of the NZ Governments Kainga Ora Homes & Communities programme. Built under the NZ3910 contract with strict timeline & budget criteria which has been met successfully.

1. Before we meet

We’ll do a quick check of your property with the local council before we arrive, and check the address with our planners to ensure we know about any potential issues or constraints.

2. On-Site Meeting & Design Chat

One of our team will meet you on site and talk about your ideas. Listening to what you want to achieve, and the sort of budget you’re thinking of.

These are the sorts of things we’ll also check on site:

The slope of your site

Anything that needs to be removed (existing dwellings, sheds, trees etc.)

Services (power, water, fibre etc.)

How the site is positioned for the sun, and where's the best place to put your home

We'll ask you about any resource consents, land covenants or other design constraints on your land
