Rosario Shores Development
When serial developers Alice and Caleb Pearson (the husband-and-wife duo who won The Block NZ 2013) set out on their biggest project yet, they partnered with Sentinel Homes to create a three-home development in Orewa that showcases architectural design and clever detailing at every turn. Each brand-new residence is finished to the highest standard, featuring open-plan upstairs living with soaring 3m+ vaulted ceilings, tri-fold sliders, and seamless flow to expansive Vitex decks. Designer kitchens include butler’s pantries, sleek cabinetry, and premium concealed appliances, while master suites provide a luxurious retreat with generous walk-in wardrobes and spa-like ensuites. Every space, from family living areas to guest rooms, has been carefully considered to maximise comfort, function, and a sense of modern luxury.
